  • If you use Amazon Pay, please use the store Order ID when contacting us. Do not use a marketplace order number.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States to the address you provide. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We then hand the order to a shipping carrier. Delivery time depends on the carrier. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information you provide. The risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns and exchanges follow our Refund and Return Policy. This policy outlines eligibility and timelines for returns. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We use your original payment method for refunds.
