Payment Methods
At Peakenta Commerce LLC, checkout is fast and simple. We offer three convenient payment options: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. All pricing is in US dollars (USD). Choose the wallet that appears for your device and browser. Confirm your payment there, and your order is placed immediately.
How to Complete Your Order
Start by adding items to your cart. When you proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and billing details. On the payment screen, you will see Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or Amazon Pay if your device and browser support them. Select your preferred wallet, confirm the transaction, and your order is complete. Keep your Order ID for any future shipping or refund questions.
The payment options available depend on your device and browser. Apple Pay is available on supported Apple devices. Google Pay appears if your browser and Google account are set up. Amazon Pay shows up if you can sign in with your Amazon account. If one wallet is not available, simply choose another option that works for you.

Apple Pay
When you see the Apple Pay button at checkout, select it. Confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Your payment is processed instantly. Keep your Order ID handy for any support needs later.
If Apple Pay does not appear, that is normal for some computers and browsers. Please use Google Pay or Amazon Pay instead.
Google Pay
Choose Google Pay when it is displayed at checkout. Confirm the payment on your device, and your order will be placed. Payment is complete the moment you confirm. Availability depends on your browser and your Google account settings. The amount charged will be the exact total in USD.
If Google Pay is unavailable, please use Apple Pay or Amazon Pay instead.
Amazon Pay
Select Amazon Pay when it appears. Sign in with your Amazon account if prompted. Confirm the payment, and place your order. Payment is complete immediately. The amount charged matches the total shown on our checkout screen in USD.
For shipping questions or order support, please use the Order ID from your confirmation email. If Amazon Pay is not available, please use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Currency, Totals, and Refunds
All prices, shipping charges, and taxes on https://peakentacommerce.shop/ are displayed in USD. We charge the final order total shown at checkout. You complete payment through the wallet you select on that screen. If the confirmation is incomplete, the order has not been placed.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment wallet you used. An Apple Pay refund goes back via Apple Pay. A Google Pay refund goes through Google Pay. An Amazon Pay refund goes through Amazon Pay. Please allow 7–10 business days after we approve the refund for the funds to appear, depending on your wallet. Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If a payment button is missing, please do not submit the order twice. Try switching to another available wallet or using a different browser. Place the order just once. If you encounter a failure during checkout, check your email first. You may already have an Order ID and a successful payment.
If you completed a wallet payment but have not received confirmation, please email us your Order ID, the wallet you used, and the date. Do not send payment login details via email. If you are still unsure, please contact us before proceeding.
The only accepted payment methods on this storefront are Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay at checkout. Please do not send payment information outside of this secure screen.
